Obtained KTC type approval and KC hygiene and safety certification for ultrasonic water meters and hot water meters.

Registered as a meter manufacturing and repair business.

2019

Began construction of the WOOSOK AM TECH manufacturing plant in the Saemangeum Industrial Complex, Gunsan.

Established the Mir Cosmo System joint venture with the Fergana Regional Water Authority for water meter production.

Conducted field tests in five cities of Fergana Province: Fergana, Margilan, Rishtan, Kuvasay, and Kokand.

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.

Signed an investment agreement and factory site contract with the authorities of Karmana District, Navoiy Province, Uzbekistan.

2018

Established Haifu Industrial Shanghai, an ICT and IoT device and solution R&D company, in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

Executed a land purchase agreement for 7,016 pyeong in the Saemangeum Industrial Complex, Gunsan.

2016

Selected as a project under the Uzbekistan Presidential Project PP-4067
– The only metering device manufacturing project included in the 2019 National Investment Development Program.

Obtained Uzstandard Certification for metering technology in Uzbekistan.

Signed a business rights transfer and acquisition agreement for the Uzbekistan metering project
– Parties: WOOSOK AM TECH, Uzbekistan Electronic Industry Corporation, and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of Uzbekistan.

2015

WOOSOK AM TECH Co., Ltd. established (formerly Dongho Cosmo)
– Established as a subsidiary of WOOSOK E&C (formerly Dongho E&C), which was spun off from Kumho Engineering Co., Ltd., a leading company in the domestic engineering industry.
